Once I place my order, when will it ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders can take up to 1 business day to be shipped from
our warehouse.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major Australian or
Queensland holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternate shipping address during
checkout.
Disclaimer: Please allow one business day for order processing. No orders will be processed
or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- Standard Post: $4.95 Flat Rate
- Queensland:
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days - Interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days
Country - up to 14 days - New Zealand: $15 Flat Rate
*Shipping time does not include processing time (typically 24-48 hours). All orders ship from Queensland. To check delivery times, jump onto the courier website below. You can check which courier is delivering your order through the shipping confirmation you should receive once your order leaves our warehouse.



Return & Exchanges
Free returns, no hassles! Customers can return unworn shoes* for a refund within 30 days.
Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed, once processed, please allow a further 5 days for your refund to show in your account. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
How to make a Return or Exchange
- STEP ONE: Please contact customer service on 1300 856 226 or at info@bzees.com.au
to organise a returns & exchanges form.
RETURN: Fill out the return portion of the form that was sent to you.
Exchange: Fill out the exchange portion only on the form that was sent to you. - STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.
- STEP THREE: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at Australia Post (If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, Bzees is not able to refund shipping charges.)
- STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.
EXCHANGES - All exchanges, under the returns policy, can only be exchanged for items of equal or
lesser value.

PLEASE NOTE - Bzees will
only allow one free return or exchange per order number.
*Final sale items are not eligible for return. Bzees is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise if mailing themselves. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift Returns
Received your order as a gift from Bzees? Please call our customer service team at 1300 856 226 or email us at info@bzees.com.au. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. AEST.
You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or color, item of the same value or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at Bzees.

CANNOT BE RETURNED.
FAQ
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once we have received your shoes back
in our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Where do I drop off my package for a return or exchange?
If you used the prepaid shipping
label we included in your original shipment, drop off your package at any Australia Post location.
FIND AN AUSTRALIA POST LOCATION NEAR YOU
If you do not use the Australia Post prepaid shipping label we provided with your original purchase, you can ship your shoes back to our warehouse at the address below using any carrier.
